Trading name: Snyxaronchran · Address: Unit 8 Custom House Square, IFSC, Dublin, Ireland · Email: managers@snyxaronchran.world · Phone: +353 1 791 8749
These Terms govern any contract for goods concluded between you and Snyxaronchran through https://snyxaronchran.world. They incorporate the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Return Policy by reference.
1. Definitions
- “Product” means Dominex 5 food supplement and any replacement batch with equivalent formulation.
- “Consumer” means a natural person acting outside trade, business, craft, or profession, as defined in Directive 2011/83/EU.
- “Trader” means Snyxaronchran when selling in a commercial capacity.
2. Eligibility and information accuracy
You must be at least eighteen years old to purchase. Information you submit in forms must be truthful. We may refuse or cancel orders showing fraud indicators, export restrictions, or stock unavailability.
3. Product descriptions and regulatory status
Dominex 5 is marketed as a food supplement under Regulation (EU) No 1169/2011 and Regulation (EC) No 1924/2006 on nutrition and health claims. Descriptions on the website are invitations to treat, not binding offers. Labels on the physical pack prevail if a discrepancy arises.
4. Order process and contract formation
Submitting the order form constitutes an offer. We aim to send an order acknowledgement by email; a contract is formed only when we dispatch the Product or explicitly confirm acceptance. We may stagger shipments if inventory is partial.
5. Price, taxes, and currency
Prices appear in euro (€) inclusive of Irish VAT where applicable. The reference price €59.90 and promotional price €39.90 reflect Ireland retail positioning at the time of publication. If tax rates change before dispatch, we will notify you and allow cancellation if the new price is not acceptable.
6. Payment
Supported payment instruments will be listed at checkout (for example card schemes or digital wallets). Charges are captured when the order is verified unless we offer explicit pay-on-delivery options. You warrant that you are authorised to use the chosen payment method.
7. Delivery, title, and risk
Risk passes to you upon delivery to the address supplied. Title passes after full payment. Delivery timelines communicated during checkout are estimates. Events outside our reasonable control (including customs delays) extend timelines without liability except where mandatory law states otherwise.
8. Consumer withdrawal rights
Consumers in the EU and UK generally have fourteen days to withdraw from distance contracts under Directive 2011/83/EU and the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Sealed food supplements may lose withdrawal rights once opened for hygiene reasons; see the Return Policy for precise conditions.
9. Warranty and compliance
Statutory conformity rights under the Sale of Goods Act 1979 (as applied in Ireland via parallel provisions) and SI No 484 of 2003 remain unaffected. If a batch is defective, contact us for replacement or reimbursement. Food supplements are not assessed as medicines by competent authorities.
10. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be limited under Irish law. Subject to the foregoing, our aggregate liability arising from any order is limited to the amount paid for that order unless a higher sum is mandated. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss except where prohibited.
11. Intellectual property
All trademarks, layout designs, copy, and imagery belong to Snyxaronchran or licensors. You may not scrape, mirror, or misrepresent affiliation without written consent.
12. Communications
Operational emails (order status, legal updates) are necessary for contract performance. Marketing emails require prior opt-in and include unsubscribe links as described in the Privacy Policy.
13. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Consumers may bring proceedings in Ireland or their country of residence where EU Regulation 1215/2012 or equivalent UK rules grant jurisdiction. We may bring proceedings in your member state if permitted.
14. Dispute resolution
EU consumers may use the European Commission Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. We are not obliged to participate in alternative dispute resolution but will consider good-faith mediation upon request.
15. Force majeure
Neither party is liable for delays caused by events outside reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, war, terrorism, strikes, utility failures, or governmental restrictions on movement of goods. Affected timelines extend by the duration of the event plus a reasonable recovery period.
16. Assignment
You may not assign your rights without our consent. We may assign the contract to an affiliate or purchaser of our business assets after notifying you where required by law.
17. Severability and waiver
If a provision is held invalid, the remainder stays in effect. Failure to enforce a term is not a waiver unless confirmed in writing.
18. Language
The English language version prevails for interpretive disputes. Translations are provided for convenience only.
19. Entire agreement
These Terms, the order confirmation, and incorporated policies constitute the entire agreement, superseding prior oral statements about the same subject matter.
20. Amendments
We may update these Terms to reflect regulatory or commercial changes. The version dated at publication applies to new orders; continuing use of the website after notice constitutes acceptance of non-contractual sections.
