This Return Policy explains how to send back Dominex 5 products purchased from our website, how refunds are calculated, and how Irish and EU consumer regulations interact with hygiene exceptions for sealed ingestibles.
1. Right of withdrawal for consumers
If you qualify as a consumer under Directive 2011/83/EU, you may withdraw from a distance contract within fourteen calendar days from the day you physically receive the Product without giving a reason. Day one is the calendar day after delivery. To meet the deadline, send your communication before midnight on the fourteenth day.
2. How to notify us
You may use any clear statement sent to managers@snyxaronchran.world or the postal address above. We recommend including your order number, name, delivery address, and whether you seek a refund or exchange. We will acknowledge receipt within two business days.
3. Hygiene exception for sealed supplements
Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU removes the withdrawal right once sealed goods suitable for health protection are unsealed after delivery. If you open the Dominex 5 bottle, we cannot accept a withdrawal-based return unless the Product is defective or not as described.
4. Condition of returned goods
Returned items must be unused, sealed, in original inner and outer packaging, with batch codes legible. Include all inserts and gifts bundled with the purchase. We may make a deduction if the value diminished through handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the goods.
5. Return shipping and costs
Unless the Product is faulty or we shipped incorrectly, you bear the direct cost of returning goods. Use a tracked service and retain proof of postage. For faulty goods, we supply a prepaid label or reimburse reasonable postage upon production of receipts.
6. Refund mechanics
After we inspect the return warehouse, we refund all payments received, including outbound delivery charges at the least expensive standard rate if you return the entire order, within fourteen days from the day we receive the goods or evidence that you shipped them. Refunds use the same payment instrument unless you expressly agree otherwise.
7. Exchanges
Stock permitting, we may exchange unopened bottles for a different batch or pack size if you pay or receive a refund for any price difference plus shipping. Exchanges are discretionary when regulatory lot tracking requires batch segregation.
8. Defective or damaged items
If a bottle arrives leaking, crushed, or with a broken seal, photograph the parcel and contact us within forty-eight hours of delivery. We will arrange replacement or refund including return shipping. Conformity claims under Irish sale of goods legislation remain available for two years from delivery for consumers.
9. Non-consumer purchasers
Business buyers purchasing for resale or professional use are bound by the commercial terms in their purchase order. Unless a separate distribution agreement grants returns, business sales are final once dispatched.
10. Chargebacks and fraud
Initiating a chargeback while retaining the goods constitutes breach of contract. We share documentation with payment processors when investigating suspected fraud or abusive return patterns.
11. Environmental note
Please recycle cardboard and glass according to local Irish waste-collection rules. Disposal of expired supplements should follow HSE guidance for household pharmaceutical-like waste.
12. Governing standards
This Policy complements the European Communities (Protection of Consumers in Respect of Contracts Made by Means of Distance Communication) Regulations 2001 (S.I. No. 207 of 2001) as amended, and the Consumer Rights Act 2022 where applicable to Irish residents.
13. Gift purchases and third-party recipients
When the buyer is not the end user, only the contracting party may exercise statutory withdrawal unless we receive written authorisation and proof of gift status. Gift recipients should coordinate with the purchaser for return shipping reimbursement arrangements.
14. Northern Ireland and Great Britain shipments
Orders delivered under the Windsor Framework may require customs documentation. If a return crosses the Irish Sea, you must declare the goods accurately. Additional duties assessed because of incorrect paperwork are your responsibility unless we misdeclared the shipment.
15. Bundled promotions
If Dominex 5 was sold with promotional accessories, all components must be returned to receive a full refund. Partial bundle returns receive prorated refunds based on documented standalone retail values at the time of promotion.
16. Inspection and restocking
Returned inventory is inspected under quality assurance protocols. We photograph seals and batch numbers for traceability. Rejected returns are held for thirty days for your collection or disposal instructions; after that we may discard them responsibly.
17. Record keeping
We retain return correspondence, tracking identifiers, and refund ledgers for seven years to satisfy tax and consumer protection audits. Data processing follows our Privacy Policy.
