This Cookie Policy describes how we use cookies and similar technologies on https://snyxaronchran.world when you browse information about Dominex 5 or interact with our forms. It should be read with our Privacy Policy, which explains wider processing activities.

1. What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when a website loads. Pixel tags, local storage, session storage, and server-side logs can perform comparable functions. Together we refer to them as “cookies” unless a distinction is legally required.

2. Legal framework

In Ireland and the wider EU, storing or accessing information on a user’s device generally requires informed consent under the ePrivacy Directive as implemented in S.I. No. 336 of 2011 (as amended) and related guidance from the Data Protection Commission (“DPC”). Strictly necessary cookies are exempt when they are essential to provide a service explicitly requested by the user. GDPR applies to any personal data collected through cookies.

3. How we obtain consent

Our banner presents three choices: Accept all, Reject non-essential cookies, or Cookie settings. Strictly necessary cookies cannot be disabled because they underpin security and consent memory. Analytics and marketing toggles default to off until you opt in. Your preferences are stored in localStorage under the key referenced by our script bundle so the banner does not reappear on every visit.

4. Cookie categories in use or planned

4.1 Strictly necessary

These cookies support load balancing, bot mitigation, session continuity after form validation errors, and storage of your consent decision. They may include:

  • tdde123_consent (localStorage): records that a choice was made.
  • tdde123_cookie_prefs (localStorage): stores JSON preferences for analytics and marketing.
  • Infrastructure cookies set by hosting providers for TLS termination and rate limiting; typically session length.

4.2 Analytics (optional)

If enabled, we may deploy privacy-oriented analytics to aggregate page views, scroll depth, and conversion funnels without selling personal data. Example vendors could include Matomo Cloud hosted in the EU or Plausible Insights. Exact names and IDs will be listed in an updated annex before activation. Retention is capped at thirteen months.

4.3 Marketing (optional)

If enabled, we may use first-party or third-party cookies to attribute advertisement clicks, build custom audiences, or measure remarketing campaigns. Partners might include Meta Platforms Ireland Limited or Google Ireland Limited. Each partner acts as a joint or independent controller depending on the product; consult their policies for additional rights.

5. Third-party integrations

Embedded content such as maps or videos can set its own cookies. We only embed third parties after assessing necessity and, where required, updating this Policy. Payment pages may redirect to acquiring banks that issue fraud-prevention cookies governed by their notices.

6. Storage periods

Session cookies expire when you close the browser. Persistent cookies expire according to the table published in Annex A once analytics or marketing tools go live. LocalStorage items remain until you clear site data or we push a versioned reset for compliance reasons.

7. Browser controls

You may delete cookies through browser settings (usually under Privacy or Security). Blocking all cookies may prevent checkout or consent storage. The European Interactive Digital Advertising Alliance provides further opt-outs for many ad networks at https://www.youronlinechoices.eu/.

8. Your GDPR rights

Personal data collected via cookies may be subject to access, erasure, objection, and portability rights detailed in our Privacy Policy. Withdraw consent anytime by clearing storage or revisiting the banner after we expose a “Change cookie settings” link in the footer in future releases.

9. Updates

Material changes will be announced via a dated entry at the end of this document and, when appropriate, a renewed consent prompt.

10. Annex A — Live cookie register

Name / key Type Purpose Duration
tdde123_consent Local storage Remembers that cookie preferences were saved Until cleared manually
tdde123_cookie_prefs Local storage Stores analytics and marketing toggles Until cleared manually
Server session identifier HTTP cookie Maintains secure session during checkout if activated Session
